Merging Mundos Safaris ("we", "us") designs personalised trips across Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. This page explains what we do with the information you share with us.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, phone (if you add it), travel interests, dates and message.
• WhatsApp or email: whatever you choose to send us.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit spam on the form. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or itinerary.
• To organise your trip with our local partners (guides, lodges, transport). We share only what they need to deliver the service.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries as long as needed to help you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It sets cookies and collects anonymous usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). We do not use it to identify you, and we do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may set its own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out add-on.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to safaris@mergingmundos.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
